Take time to reflect

If you’re feeling overwhelmed and lack confidence in your abilities, simply take time to reflect. Find some quiet time in a place you feel at peace and think about the ways you’ve succeeded so far as person. No matter how tempting it can be to give in to negativity, find what you’re thankful for.
